History:
The PAGBAG-O federation was established in 1986 through the efforts of the Indigenous Development Education and Social Assistance (IDESA) programs that were implemented by the Negros District Conference (NDC) of the United Church of Christ in the Phillipines (UCCP).PAGBAG-O was formally registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1996 and acquired legal identity and autonomy.
PAGBAG-O is currently operating autonomously under the direction of a general assembly and Board of Trustees made up of members of the Peoples Organizations.
